What are the terms when I buy from Ajestic Group AB?

Ajestic takes care of its customers like nobody else. There’s no match!

We follow the laws and regulations in the Consumers Purchases Act in Sweden and The Directive on Consumer Rights in the EU.

To make a purchase from our web stores, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you have not reached the age requirement, you must have your guardian’s approval. The written approval must be sent to us by regular post and it must be the original, not a copy. We reserve the right to refuse a purchase.


You can select to have prices show with, or without Swedish VAT (25%).

For orders from private parties from outside the EU, we do not charge VAT. Companies from within the EU may not be charged VAT if a valid VAT number can be provided at the time of purchase.

Terms of payment

Different modes of payment are available when the order is completed. Payment via credit car, PayPal, money transfers, etc. are avaialble.

Orders to areas outside Sweden must be paid in full before shipping, unless other terms are agreed.

Customer information

Ajestic Group AB do not sell, or share, customer information to third parties, unless required by law.


Shipping is always extra. The customer selects the mode of transportation and the carrier to perform the delivery.Several options are available when completing the order. If you need special arrangements, please let us and we will do our best to oblige.

N.B. Do never accept a delivery/parcel that is damaged! Let the carrier return it to us. Just let us know and we will send a new shipment without delay.


You can at any time return a product purchased from us and get a full refund of the cost of the goods for a period of 10 years, providing the following is met:

  1. The item must not have been used.
  2. The item must not be damaged, or altered in any way.
  3. The original packaging is intact
  4. The original documentation is included.
  5. No items from the purchased item is missing
  6. You pay the full shipping cost, sending the goods registered mail delivered to our office address. The address is shown in the footer of the start page.

If you discover that the product you have ordered and received is damaged, faulty or otherwise does not appear to function, you can return it to us by:

  1. Letting us know that you have received the order damaged
  2. Send the item to us by registered mail to our office address. The address is shown in the footer of the start page.
  3. We will handle the issue without delay and either replace, or repair the item.

Beyond that warranties and other responsibilities are according to the manufacturers warranties or service agreements.

Returning something used:

If something is used, shows signs of usage and are in any way not in a condition to be sold as new again, there are certain return fees that applies:

Return fees:

1. If the goods is returned in state as new and in a intact original packaging, there are no fees
2. If the goods is not in a state as above, but still useable a 20% return fee is applied.
3. If the item is used and, in our opinion, not in a sellable state as new, no return is granted.

At a return of an item that is delivered for free, we will deduct the shipping cost from any amount that is refunded.

Refunds are only paid to bank account, personal accounts or otherwise registered account with a financial institution.
Refunds usually take 7-20 banking days to show in an account.

Warranties are only valid for personal usage and the person who bought the item.

Warranties exclude the following:
Consumable items
Usage that do not follow the specifications of the product.
Damaged caused by interference, altering or otherwise incorrect usage of the product.
Damages during transportation. You must not accept a damaged parcel. Let the forwarder return it.
Damages caused by accidents or negligence. Read the manual before you use the item.

We reserve the right to determine what can be returned and what can be refunded.

N.B. Especially for batteries:

Batteries are consumable items with a limited life span. This life span is depending on proper care and correct usage.

Non-rechargeable batteries that accompanies products does not have a warranty. Re-chargeable batteries are covered by a 3-month warranty starting from the date of purchase AND under the conditions that the instructions have been followed. Re-chargeable batteries are also consumable with a limited life span. Stated charging time, life span, charging cycles are approximate and heavily depending on proper care, usage, temperatures, manufacturers care instructions and advice to optimize battery performance.

False orders

Orders that can be suspected to be fraudulent are ignored and/or reported to the appropriate authority.

Delívery time

Delivery times are depending on several factors. Normally we will get the order expedited and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Circumstances that are outside our control may also occur. We may be temporarily out of stock and depend on the manufacturer to deliver. There may be delays during a shipment, custom clearances, etc. that we cannot affect. Ajestic Group AB cannot be held responsible, be subject to law suit, etc. for circumstances outside our control, or that items cannot be delivered due to out-of –stock or no longer part of the regular assortment.

Special orders

Special orders demands a 50% up front payment of the invoice amount. The remaining balance is due before shipping. If the order is cancelled, no refunds are made.


Instruction manuals and terms of warranty must be read completely before installation, and/or usage, of the product.
